Is there an age minimum for visitors?

We recommend 5 yrs of age & older, and anyone under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are reservations required?

Reservations for lounge visits are available and we also happily accept walk-ins. We do ask that you make reservations for classes or special events. This helps us with scheduling and determining if we have enough attendees or will have to cancel a class due to lack of participation.

**Lounge visits are 1 hour each, so we close 1 hour early on nights that there are no reservations or walk-ins.

What is your refund policy? Refunds for special events or private parties only available up to 48 hrs before the event. No refunds for missed lounge hour reservations, but you may reschedule an hour before your reserved time via the link on your confirmation email

Do you take in cats? No, we are not a shelter or a rescue and cannot take in any cats.
